2. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the PAR DEUX. Designer Vintage webshop.

3. Product information

We try to describe all products as accurately as possible. Because these are vintage items, some signs of wear may be present.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are shown separately.

5. Order & payment

Payment must be made at the time of ordering using the available payment methods.

6. Authenticity

PAR DEUX is not affiliated with the brands we sell. All trademarks and copyrights belong to their original owners.
However, we guarantee that all our bags are 100% authentic. At PAR DEUX, we sell only original, carefully inspected designer bags, so you can be sure you're buying an authentic and timeless piece.

7. Shipping

Orders will be shipped within … business days of receipt of payment. The risk of shipping passes to the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier.

8. Returns Policy

We hope you're completely satisfied with your order! If there's anything not quite right, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service at info@pardeuxdesignervintage.com and we'll be happy to help.

Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, suitable for resale, and in the original packaging as you received them. The PAR DEUX tag must be attached and undamaged; if this tag is removed, the item cannot be returned and you will not be eligible for a refund. All returned items will be inspected for use. Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return costs

The cost and responsibility for returning your package are your own responsibility. These costs vary by courier and country. All returns can be shipped to our address in the Netherlands; we will send you the exact address once your return is confirmed. Contact us at info@pardeuxvintage.com to initiate your return.

Processing your return

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5 business days . You can track your return using the track & trace code. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the amount to appear in your account.

9. Warranty

Because these are vintage products, we offer no guarantees against wear or age of materials. However, we do guarantee that the condition matches the description.

10. Liability

We are not liable for any damage resulting from misuse of the product or incorrect address information.
