At PAR DEUX. we strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with every purchase. If something is not entirely to your liking, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please follow the instructions below to register your return.

1. Prepare your return

Return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the original packaging as you received them. The PAR DEUX tag must be attached and undamaged.

2. Request your return

Send your return request, along with your order number and the reason for your return, to our customer service. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps.

3. Send your return

Carefully package the items you wish to return. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Choose a reliable shipping service with track & trace to ensure your package arrives safely.

4. Processing and refund

Once we have received your return and checked whether all conditions have been met, you will receive a confirmation and we will process the refund within 5 working days . Keep in mind that the refund can take up to 3 working days.
